3.定价和支付:

4.取消和退款:

6.用户帐户:

b.用户有责任维护其帐户信息的机密性，并对其帐户下的所有项目负责。

8.用户行为:
a.用户同意不将平台用于任何非法目的，也不参与任何可能破坏或干扰服务功能的行为。

Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using the services provided by Distribusion Technologies GmbH, a company registered in
Germany (company registration number HRB 176406 B) with a registered office in Wattstr. 10,
13355 Berlin Germany, hereafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Overview:
a. The Company provides an online platform for the sale of ground transportation tickets,
encompassing buses, trains, and other modes of ground transportation.
b. The company provides booking services for across Europe and beyond. It also provides
information services of the specific services and the different ticket types available from the
different operators.
c. When booking a ticket with the Company, the operator's terms and conditions of operator will
also apply to you (in addition to these Terms and Conditions). The terms and conditions for each
operator are made available to you before the purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment:
a. Prices for ground transportation tickets are displayed in various currencies and are inclusive of
any applicable taxes.
b. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, and users will be charged the
price displayed at the time of booking.
c. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through the available payment methods
on the platform.
5. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Users must familiarize themselves with the cancellation and refund policies of the specific
transportation provider.
b. In case the customer is eligible for a refund, the Company will process the refunds. Refunds, if
applicable, may be subject to processing fees and the terms of the transportation provider.
c. In case of compensation claims (e. g. for delayed services), the customers must contact the
operator directly. Company is not providing any compensation.
6. Changes and Amendments:
a. Changes to booked tickets, including date and time amendments, may be subject to the
policies of the transportation provider.
b. Users are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes made to their booking.
7. User Accounts:
a. Users must be logged in their Alipay account during the booking process.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are
liable for all activities under their account.
8. Privacy Policy:
a. The Company's Privacy Policy, available on the platform, governs the collection, use, and
disclosure of personal information provided by users.
9. User Conduct:
a. Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or engage in any conduct that
may disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the services.
10. Intellectual Property:
a. The content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the
Company and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability:
a. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, unless caused by willful
misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
b. In case of liability, the Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user for
the specific transaction.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
13. Changes to Terms:
a. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice.
