We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern who will meet the evolving internal processes of a highly scaling company through providing administrative support to the HR team.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You are a highly professional individual, driven, detail orientated and happy to work in a fast paced, dynamic office where you must think outside the box and provide an exceptional level of service.
  • Excellent communication skills with a real “can do” attitude.
  • You have strong time management and are able to prioritise your tasks based on business priorities.
  • Intuitive nature with the aptitude to make the right decision in critical moments.
  • You are fluent in English and German is a plus.

What you’ll do

  • Provide first class, hands-on, operational support to the HR Team with topics throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Anticipate the needs of managers and team members to help them stay focused on their projects by supporting with and resolving operational and administrative issues.
  • Answer HR related questions from employees through various channels.
  • Support and lead various projects in different areas such as recruitment, onboarding, process optimisation,and others based on your experience and interest.
