Who is Distribusion?

Based in the heart of Berlin, Distribusion is building a next-gen tech platform, shaping the future of the travel industry and growing fast. Our highly scalable product and our superior technology are supported by an experienced leadership team and some of Europe’s leading Venture Capital Funds, including Creandum and Northzone.

A lot of these partners use the Distribution Whitelabel that offers different types of experiences to the Retailer’s end-customers. From a search experience over to the checkout up to the confirmation including confirmation emails and ticketing – all of it developed, managed and maintained by Distribusion. That does not only include the development but also all the flows connected to a Checkout experience such as cash collection, fraud management, risk management, tracking of page and end-customer performance matrix etc.

We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager that wants to take ownership of Distribusion’s Whitelabel Solution. It being one of the key products for the coming years, Distribusion is building a Team around it. So we’re looking for someone that is hungry for a challenge with the ultimate goal of scaling the product rapidly. 

What you’ll do

  • You’ll be owning large fascinating projects for international top clients in the travel tech industry, that use our whitelable search, whitelable checkout, whitelable ticketing and other types of experiences.
  • In particular your tasks will include leveraging our technology, systems, and data in order to deliver meaningful and innovative experiences to our Whitelabel clients and their end-customers.
  • Coupled with your expert skills in conversion improvements, you’ll be responsible for delivering e-commerce strategies that will drive sustainable growth and scalability by tackling everything from performance analysis to on-page optimizations to technical auditing.
  • You continuously use your outstanding analytical skills to derive customer, market and competition data into actionable projects to satisfy customer needs, continuously analysing and reporting on your product to make sure that you know exactly what’s going on.
  • Knowing your KPIs like the alphabet, you make sure that website related (traffic, bounce rate, conversion etc.)  as well as payment related KPIs (authorization rate, fraud rate etc.) are always on track to steer the product towards your targets.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from business, finance, product, operations and the development teams to implement strategies & features that increase operational efficiency and ROI.
  • The P&L of the product is your responsibility.

Who you are

  • You have a strong academic background in economics, media or computer science-related studies from a top-performing university
  • You have excellent analytical comprehension and attention to detail
  • You have gained experience in an analytical and KPI-driven e-commerce role, e.g. as project manager or consultant within a large company, working and cooperating with different agencies and other business entities. Ideally in travel tech or other whitelabel solutions.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering major business impact through implementing conversion boosting initiatives
  • You have a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mentality with a strong drive to get things done and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • You are hungry for a challenge where you’ll be able to get a lot of responsibility and shape a team immensely
  • Good understanding of P&L
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a must. Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
